If i could give 0 stars i would. Whipple gives you a 2 hour buffer of when they will arrive, and i stayed home from work just to satisfy their time frame. they didn't end up showing, and didn't call me at all either. i had to end up calling them- upon which received the news that they wouldn't even be coming at all- but schedule for another day. very irresponsible and unprofessional. But since this is going on their website, they'll probably take this review off anyway- wouldn't surprise me.
