Friendly staff, punctual. I arrived on time for my appointment and was escorted in within a few minutes. Only waited a few minutes in the room for the doctor to arrive. Dr. Koopersmith is always friendly and makes me feel at ease. I appreciate that she provides lifestyle tips diet, exercise, etc and also reminders for other health checks.
