I am not one to write comments but I have to regarding one of MBLN employees. I just purchased a car just this past Saturday. I have to take a moment to mention sales member Steve Turner. He has never made a car buying experience so painless and dare say it actually enjoyable!!! He is so kind, outgoing , and most importantly, does not ""pressure"" like the typical car salesman, he comes across more as your friend, a trait I think any buyer can appreciate. Steve Turner has stuck in my mind and I just have nothing but good to say about him. I would, and will refer him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes. He made sure I was comfortable and had all questions answered before I drove my car off the lot. He as well gave me a courtesy call the next day to ensure I was enjoying my new car and to make sure I had no questions or concerns that may have arisen while driving home etc. He gave 100+ service! I cannot rave enough about Mr. Turner. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel is extremely lucky to have such an outstanding person as part of their team!
