Dropped my Focus off there on Memorial Day which was convenient since I had the day off. Took 10 days to repair. The front desk help and the person conducting the estimate were professional, friendly and truly interested in ensuring my auto was restored to what it was. When I picked up the car the front desk help was professional and friendly. My car came out great and little things like my fish eye mirror on my new side view mirror being installed and the pinstripe job made me very happy.
