I have taken both my laptop and desktop to R-TEAM. They ARE the best in Simi Valley and worth the drive in from other area as well. Their prices were less than Best Buy and they had a return date that was the fastest in Simi after I checked with several other computer stores. Now I am a repeat customer Randy is friendly and his staff remembers me and my computers which is nice. It's almost like having a concierge computer repairman. The staff is extremely courteous and always carries the system to and from your car if needed and/or will pick it up/deliver it to your home or office. I have referred them to all my friends.
