I have been taking my vehicles to Magic Touch for several years now, and have always been impressed with the service. Until now!! My last visit was very unsatisfactory!! I even took the time to write a letter of complaint to ask for a refund or credit towards my next service. All I got was excuses and told that I was wrong. Very upsetting!
