I own 2 houses and have had Rathbun manage them since 1999. They have always been professional and prompt. I don't have to sit and worry about what is happening with my homes because I know that they are taking care of everything. They send me regular reports and statements to let me know how the tenants are and how they are taking care of my houses. I really appreciate the excellent service I receive from them.
