I never write reviews but they managed to get me MAD big time.\r
I placed an order, after one week I called to check on it. The store manager forgot to order my stuff. He was to fix this by rushing my order. I called again a week later to check on my order; they told me that it was suppose to be in the following day. It took 11 days for my order to come in. Normal shipping takes 10-14 days therefore he did not rush my order. When I went to pick it up, he told the guy in the back room to tell me to bring someone to help him load the car. Apparently the store manager was leaving and was unable to help the back room guy. When I called the customer service they basically said that it was unfortunate that this happened to me. They didnâ??t even have the decency to say sorry for the extra days you waited. \r
