If I could give zero stars I would. I hired Frank to put in the stamped concrete around our pool. He did not finish the job. The work he did complete was not up to concrete industry standards. He did not pay his subcontractors. He told me if I took him to court I would win and he would file for bankruptcy and I would not get a dime. I took him to court, he filed bankruptcy. I can not believe anyone would hire him. Go to ripoff.com for more reviews on this man.
