Dana Point Location -Loyal customer NO MORE! I have been a client of Rolf's for over 6 years and had the worst experience ever today! My appointment was a quarter after the hour and admittedly I was 15 minutes late for my appt. due to traffic but was SHOCKED to hear from the my stylist Randi/Christina that she would not be able to highlight and cut my hair due to my tardiness - I could have one or the other but not both. Now I admit I was exactly 15 minutes late but serioulsy? She couldn't do both? How many times have I had to wait for my stylist because they were running late with another client or shown up for appointments and the stylist or make-up person hadn't shown up due to illness or some other calamity? In 6 years I can tell you plenty of times! I have been loyal to Rolf's, to their Brand and to their products - NO MORE! NO MORE REFERRALS, NO MORE GLOWING RECOMMEDATIONS, NO MORE POSITIVE WORD OF MOUTH - NO MORE OF MY MONEY AT $200 A VISIT - customer loyalty means nothing to them - and to Randi/Christina my EX stylist who's parting words were OH WELL - I say OH WELL someone else will be thrilled to take my money!
