Boy, was I wrong.
This guy often won't answer the phone, doesn't return most calls, and tells me he's too busy to work on my car (despite a promise that he could fix it in a week).
Eventually, the car had to be taken to the dealer, where they resolved the issues in days, not weeks.
Stay away from this guy if you want professional, timely service with communication and a good attitude.
