Extreme MMA is the best school for kids to learn different styles of martial arts and self defense. The instructors (Sensei Mike, Sensei Gabriel and Sifu Courtney) are excellent teachers who pass on their expertise in different styles of martial arts. They show such patience and care with the kids!!! They genuinely care about the kids and with their improvement. And most importantly, they teach the kids how to defend themselves in real life situations. My eight year old son and nine year old daughter have been studying at their school for three months and both have shown such improvement in such little time. That is due to the excellent instructors!!! Thank you for attention to details!!!
