I have gone through 3 termite companies. Orkin, Terminex, and J&J. Until my next door neighbor gave me Caballero's number I was plagued by termites every season. Their guys are a bit rough looking, but I have not had a termite issue since they were hired. Their prices are fair (FAR) below what I have paid before and ""the proof is in the pudding."" i.e. No more termites. So, I am one very happy customer. For those of you who wish to invite the guys who spray under your house to a black tie event--yes.. get another company. If, however you wish to be free of termites....well... Caballero's will do the job.
