I can't recommend Castle Metal for chroming, I'm sorry to say. The owner Ron, is a nice enough guy but doesn't do the chrome himself and whoever does do it is just not very good. The first time they chromed for me they didn't remove the old chrome and the new, not very good chrome flacked off right away. He agreed to redo them after I stripped all the old chrome off and when I got them back they just weren't good. There are dry, pebbly nickel colored in spots and just not professional. It was not cheap at $600 for two bike frames and a refund was not an option.
