Vanguard Motors are always willing to listen to what you say. They'll give you good advice on what you should do, and not tell you what you need to do. They won't make repairs without first talking to you. They will call you on a regular basis to inform you about the work going on. Also, they are very accommodating and work around your schedule.
Paula and Gary are always great. They'll call you themselves if the situation changes. I've never had any problems with this shop. I highly recommend them to anybody.
