I've been on the weightloss program for about 4 weeks now. I've lost 13 lbs so far. I'm averaging losing about 4.25 lbs a week. I've tried all kinds of different programs, diets, etc. Sona MedSpa works with you on losing your weight but also working towards a healthier lifestyle. I've been very impressed so far. Everyone is very nice and knows you by name. You feel very welcome. The only thing that is minus is the cost of the program. But if you are struggling, it's worth the money.
