We had a fabulous dinner at Kaz's. The chef's ability to bring the fish and shellfish to a higher level is skill we certainly appreciate. This evenings specials, expertly paced, seemed to amplify what nature provided; the simplicity of the Aji, the rice like tiny pearls, carpaccio of flounder with respect to the product, also evident in the sea scallop preparation, the combination in the Birds Nest sublime and seriously creative and whimsical yet pure.
