Martin appliance offered prompt service when my water heater was leaking - sending a tech the next business day - and installing a new water heater on the following day. My objection, which I discussed with Shawn - store manager - was the lack of cleanup behind the water heater before the new one was installed. I was not able to do it due to the installation. While initially I received some resistive pushback - the company eventually went the second mile to assure my satisfaction, for which I am appreciative. More care around the environment of installation seems an important consideration for the future. more
