The first conversation with Harry over the phone is what triggered my wife's and my decision to go with Martin Appliance. Harry was forthright in explaining questions we had concerning our planned purchase of a range and microwave. Infact he even emailed me information of the product of interest. Referring us to the Cleona store due to proximity was a nice gesture. There Randy was fabulous in explaining the intricate details of our planned purchase(s). Both my wife and I were very impressed not only with him but the store layout. His product knowledge was impeccable. Wade and his partner who delivered the items were great. On day two we had an inoperative item on the microwave. Product service was handled without blemish by Bill. When the part showed up Daryl did a fine job replacing the inop circuit board and answered further questions. Eventually when our current dishwasher and refrigerator need replacing we will know where to turn. Thank you.
