Was very satisfied with both purchases except was a little disappointed with dishwasher installation. Was told I need to get a plumber to reinstall the water shut off valve because of the style of dishwasher was different than what I had before. Would have thought that was included with the installation fee.

Thank you for your purchase and your feedback. We really appreciate your business and value all feedback to continue to improve our services. If I understand correctly the shut off valve was inside the dishwasher opening under your old dishwasher. This type of installation was not unusual but with the new tall tub dishwashers there is no room under them for a shut off valve. Unfortunately moving or replacing valves is not included in our installation fee. We are working on clarifying with more details on orders what our installation charges cover and apologize for the misunderstanding.
