My husband and I went there. On the first visit we should have known something was awry as immediatley thereafter they called my cell. When I returned the call they had lost our files and couldn't tell us why they called. My husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea. For three months we went back and forth with the doctors and Rebecca Bassett who is a practioner - we called them 3 times a week for an update and they would always tell us they'd have someone call us back. They didn't. They also sent me to a orthopedic surgeon in the same facility who brought up the fact that I was molested though it had nothing to do with my knee. When I began crying he told me I needed to get help dealing with it despite him knowing I've been in therapy for 3 years. It's all in my file. They then sent me to one physical therapist right next door to them where they had a bunch of crack addicts then they sent me to another which I took the day off of work for and they didn't make the appointment. I arrived and they said it was made for therapy instead of initial consultation and they couldn't see me. . Well, I called them from work two days ago to try and get information about my husband's care and they kept me on hold for 30 minutes only to come back and tell me they'd have someone call me back. Of course no one did. I ended up telling them off finally and it felt pretty good. I'm also contacting a medical malpractice attorney for our options as they have caused me more stress and anxiety than I can write here. Well, now that I've told them off I've been told we can't come back...Really?? I can't pay to be abused anymore. Drats! Whatever will I do? They are supposedly faxing the information for my husbands sleep pap machine to the new doctor but I highly doubt they will. They are the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life. I never write these reviews. I've been to many doctors over the years due to changes of insurance/employment/living location and never felt compelled to write something like this until I went there.
