I had to wait 2 hours for a general cleaning. People kept telling me I needed different work done each time I said no. It was apparent they were trying to make money off of me and used the 2 hours to figure out what else they can tell me. My previous dentist said I was fine and I had visited him every 6 months. Castle told me I needed dentures, all my fillings replaced, I had bad breath and gum disease/bone loss, and I needed to come in every 3 months. When I told them my new insurance doesn t cover. I was told well you need to come anyways and pay out of pocket for those. I was treated rudely, pressured unnecessarily to get work done, and the wait time was outrageous. I will never go to Castle again. Also after 2 hours I was put in a back corner room and told there were so many patients even though I came 2 hours earlier before these customers. After 20 additional minutes I walked out. This is a terrible office.
