State Farm- Creedmoor - came to my rescue and saved the day!!!
I was having some financial issues and needed to downgrade my auto policy which was combined with my home insurance. My insurance carrier could not help with lowering my premiums. I then decided to change just my auto which was working our fine until I received a letter from advising me that since I did not have car insurance with them they were going to renew my home insurance. I started calling around and was dreading it. Everyone wanted me to come in, of course during work hours, to see what they can do. State Farm jumped right in. We did everything through e-mails, I didn't need to go to the office until I signed the papers and they accommodated my schedule so I did not have lose time and wages.
