Will Never recommend! I would like to thank the staff of The Water Source in Wappinger's Falls for being the rudest, unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Specifically a girl named Jaime and her Service Manager Dana. I will NEVER recommend you guys and hope that you learn to communicate better to people when making service appointments! To ANY one who is looking for a water treatment system with a service department to back such an expensive investment I would go to Jones Plumbing and Heating. Super professional from the word go. No only were they able to come to my house on the same day of a call, they also were courteous about having to wait a few minutes since my car died sitting outside The Water House waiting to speak to the Owner. They were amazing! To John Walleck, you seriously need to retrain your staff. You will continue to lose many clients due to their not communicating your policies when booking appointments.
