On Saturday night I returned home from the hospital where my husband was recuperating from cardiac bypass surgery to discover that our air conditioner was not operating correctly and there was absolutely no air moving in the upper floor of our home. Sunday morning I called Precision and explained that my husband was going to be released from the hospital on Monday but I would be unable to bring him home if we had no air conditioning. Derek, one of the outstanding technicians with Precision, came to the house within a couple of hours and discovered multiple problems with our 16 year old HVAC system including a Freon leak and frozen coils. He was able to unfreeze the coils and add some Freon so the house would cool and he outlined various options for fixing the problem. We chose to have the system replaced. First thing Monday morning two technicians, Gary and Obe, arrived to put in the new system and the service manager, Joe, was there to inspect the installation as it was happening so there would be no delays in finishing the job because they were all aware of our situation and were anxious to finish the job before my husband arrived home from the hospital. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, courteous and professional. Our house is cooler than it has been in years. Precision Heating and Air is a model of excellent customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making a difficult situation easier for my family.
