I had a strange code that was preventing me to upload to my website. It actually ended up being outside the normal scope of support, but Jessica gave it a whirl anyway and ended up fixing my problem! She is so wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Nexcess. The support staff is truly wonderful and lifesavers!
