After experiencing some really terrible service at our nearby Toyota Dealer in Fremont, we had to travel all the way this dealership after my wife received some quotes for a major service for our Tundra online through their website, we are glad that we did, we were dreading experiencing the same awfulness we did at our local dealer that driving all this way just to be told they were too busy to handle us would have really ruined our weekend, fortunately this was not the case and without going into details the experience as whole ended up great. I am willing to drive twice as far for decent service!
