Phenomenal care! My husband and I both went to see Dr. Natasha for very different medical concerns (his=high cholesterol, mine=general health). From the very first appointment, we could tell that Dr. Natasha would be an amazing partner in transforming our health. She has recommended a fairly vigorous diet plan for both of us and has assured us that she will support us through every step of this process to make sure we stick to the plan. We need to find our wellness - Iâ??m not sure we even know what that looks like at the moment. Dr. Natasha is even helping us with menu planning and is having us take supplements for now to get our health where it needs to be. With the diet changes, we should be able to cut back on or eliminate the supplements because our bodies will be functioning well on their own, which is completely amazing to me! We have been to another naturopath here in Portland, but the service we are getting from Dr. Natasha doesnâ??t even compare to our previous experience. We are so glad we have Dr. Natasha with us on this journey.
