Worst dentist experience ever ! Run, dont walk ! After fracturing a tooth, and departing for service in the middle east in one day, I made an emergency appointment with Monarch Dental in Rockwall. After xrays, the doctor "Dr. thompson" came back with a sheet of dental codes and a total of $10,600 !! She also said it was all needed because the broken tooth could not be saved. When I said to just pull the tooth, she got up and walked out of the room. Ten minutes later another lady told me they could not extract the tooth until mid July, a month and a half later ! I told them they were shameful for their actions and that I had no intentions of buying a new car for the dentist, and left as I was so pissed I feared doing something the law would be called in to deal with.\r

Monarch Dental wasted my time, when I had so little of it to spare, and refused service in an emergency because I would not pay for a full mouth of un needed services. Their actions were horrible, unprofessional, and com
