I wish I could give negative stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a florist. I placed a order on their website on the Tuesday before Mother's Day to buy 2 dozen roses for my wife. She never received the flowers. I called about 30 or more times and the 2 times I did get a hold of Steve I was told he would get it resolved and call me back. It took me 2 weeks to get my money back. They tried to deliver the flowers the Tuesday after Mother's Day and still wanted to charge me for them!!! What a joke!! I should have at the very least received the flowers for FREE since they ruined my wife's mother's day surprise!!!
