The owner Bob was horrible. They had my car for 8 hours and told me I had sensors going when I asked him what they meant he said they didn't have time to check it and to come the next day. So I go and pick up my car and Bob loses my key!! Has to have someone come make me a new one. I bring my car back the next day to check for sensors for another 8 hours and no one called me that my car was ready. Finally my key is found in another customers vehicle. REALLY! So when I ask him if the oil change is on the house due to my 2 days of aggravation.. $27. He said ""NO WHY should it be.. and called me a RUDE LITTLE GIRL and told me he didn't want a customer like me!!"" more
