By now Thermal Quality has replaced all of the windows and doors in my house. They came HIGHLY recommended and I have recommended them to many other people. Prices are reasonable, services is timely and efficient, and the products are great. However, the thing that I most appreciate is how they support their products AFTER the sale. I've had a number of minor problems, such as when someone threw a stone a broke a storm window) and they are always ready to service their products, often at no charge. If I had any more doors or windows to replace, they would hear from me right away.
