Can not do a basic man's dress shirt. Burnt a crease into my shirt and refused to pay for it. Also called and left an insulting message saying that there was ""extra"" fabric in my collar and no cleaner could press it without causing a crease. The owner is an idiot.
Do NOT use this cleaners if you have nice clothes and want to keep them that way.
I have lived in multiple cities around the South and Kenner has hands down the worst dry cleaners in the country. If you move to New Orleans I would highly recommend using a cleaner closer to downtown. I go to Royal Cleaners on Severn/West Esplanade.
DO NOT USE KENNER CLEANERS!!! They ALL Suck....
