I took my 13-week-old Maltipoos in for their first grooming at $102.00. BIG mistake!! The staff in the grooming salon was rude, dismissive and unprofessional and my pups looked like they were groomed by Stevie Wonder! There were missed chunks of hair on her neck and legs and gaps everywhere. The ""report card"" said my dogs were done by Shelley and Amanda. My daughter left the store crying because the dogs were so ""ugly"". I showed my dogs to the manager who offered to give me half my money back. Half. In fairness, one pup did look exceptionally worse than the other. DO NOT USE THESE GROOMERS UNLESS YOU WANT THE STEVIE WONDER GROOMING SPECIAL!!
