They were very nice and helpful. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge Desiree Rico had of the area and the apartments in it. I couldn't believe that she found us an apartment with my wife's criteria and my monthly budget. When I walked through the door I was not expecting to walk out of it a short time later with everything we could have asked for -and more. We never could have done it without her and she made the application process not only easier but so much faster. You NEED to hire her if you are planning a move to Austin!
She is also the first Apartment search assistant that i did not hang up on due to lack of intelligence, politeness and overall common descency- and, if it helps, she is really cool.
