I've had two cuts now from Crystal the Owner and am happy to report that she is wonderful! Both times she has really listened to me about what I want and has made great suggestions to help me get a cut that truly works for me. She gives a very thorough and careful cut. Also, I like that she is comfortable to talk to and not loud, which is such a relief if you aren't into dramatic salon gossip sessions. Most important of all, though, I love how she makes my hair look! I'm a convert.
