Lydia is great. Over the years I've gone to a few different acupuncturists, and although they've all been helpful in some way, Lydia is definitely the best in regards to her knowledge and understanding of what she is doing. If you are looking for an acupuncturist, I really recommend you see her. I see her for auto-immune issues (skin and gastro) and she has brought me great relief. My skin is completely clear and she’s alleviated a lot of my complaints associated with my stomach. She’s also a very kind and compassionate person who I feel really cares about making you feel well.
