The sales person Rob was great. Many sales people cannot get out of their own way when the product, like a Jeep Liberty, can basically sell itself. I did not like the $1,100 dealer prep & delivery fees they tacked on which are higher than market for this junk that car buyers have to eat. I was clear I did not want the Extended Warranty. But still got the four + hours of hard sell with opaque financial shennigans thrown in to try and bury the $2,800 cost of an ext warranty on a 2011 $15,000 car with 10K miles. It was not a pleasant experience buying a car from this dealer.
