GOT HOSED BY ORVILLES--This is review on all Orville Appliance stores and other stores that carry appliances made by Whilpool, Matag, Fridgidaire, Amana, Kitchen Aid, LG and others... I purchased 4 major appliances from Orvilles on Bailey Ave, Amherst.NY, and everyone fell apart and or failed within a year. I also purchased some with extended warantees. These appliances are now made in China, Mexico, Taiwan, etc they are not made very well. My Whirlpool Microwave handle fell off, they had to replace the whole door at a cost of $190, the Frdgidaire, cheap plastic drawer cracked in half,the appliances are made to last a year or two. Orvilles and the rest are all about selling this junk, service is lousy, and they try to deliver defective appliances to you, ***but remember ""do not"" accept it into your home or you ""own it"", always check it out at the curb,they have to take it back if it is defective. Dont pay top dollar for this crap, buy better for a bit more, and less ""Buyers Remorse"" Buyer Beware!!!
