Paid 32,000 for a fiberglass pool to be installed by Garys pool and Patio. Crew excavated deep end on the wrong end. They did not follow Viking Pools guidelines for installation and backfilled hole with sand instead of rock material. Pool sank after one month of installation. I called Gary Zars 5x with no response and hired an engineer to do a report on what was done. Paid 2500 for the report stating that the installation was done improperly. Gary scheduled an appointment to come look at pool after we got a lawyer to send him a letter. Was a no show and claimed he had a heart attack. Showed up second time and admitted there was a problem. But after a month no solution, no communication. Viking pools and the Engineer state pool must be pulled and excavated properly. Flagstone has popped up from edges and this is a danger to my kids. All I wanted was a pool for my 4 kids to enjoy and have memories of. Instead I got ripped off and it has been since last summer and no one will help us. Do not use this company. Gary only cares about his money. He even had the nerve to say we owe him 1000 dollars for a sand filter that he forgot to add to the price. Why does he think I would give him another dime with the crappy pool I am left with after paying 38,000. SICK SICK MAN!!!
