I am an attorney in Allegany County, Maryland and have never met nor talked with Will Abercrombie. A former client of mine wanted the District Court to do something which a Judge there said the court did not have authority to do. I came up with a theory which might be used to justify the action but couldn't pursue the case perhaps one hundred miles away. Today, the former client called me to report that Will Abercrombie was successful but the case had to go to the District Court, then to the Circuit Court, then back to the District Court before the Judge did what was requested. In effect, my former client told me that Will Abercrombie is a real fighter.
