This has happened to me twice. I was using the AUTOMATIC wash. I swiped my credit card, choose a wash, got the green light to drive ahead, then NOTHING. The wash would NOT start. I backed out and went back in several times. No luck. I pressed the cancel button. NOTHING. I was there during the advertised business so I press edthe button on the office door. No answer. I walked around the place looking for someone. No one! My card was charged for the wash that I never received. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Not going back here again!!
