I called this company to help when a small bird made a nest in my dryer vent. They were able to come to my house, clean the line, AND they even put a "bird guard" on the exterior of the line to prevent animals from getting into the vent in the future. Everything was fast and efficient from the initial phone call to the appointment (the very next day!). I would definately have them come back in the future.
