Interesting reading the previous post...Giovanni & Sons is the absolute worse...their hair sucks in Texas and it's sucks in California too. The hair is nasty tangled ratty crap AND their customer services skills are even worse. DON'T BUY HAIR FROM GIOVANNI & SONS! It is a total waste of money.
