I love Giovannis hair! I dont know what these other people are writing on here. I dont know how they can sit here and write bad reviews.
With Giovannis hair even if you have a problem there customer service is great.... they go out of their way to take care of the problem.
One thing people dont get is that it is not magic hair so if you dont know how to manage it or be able to wash it correctly... you will have a problem with it... I use the products that the sell there and it make my extensions feel great and even my own hair.
