I am new to dealing with them. They bought out my apartment complex and have bullied the existing tenants to the point people have actually left. Those that havent left theyve threatened and harrassed. I would never do business with them or advise anyone else to.
When I called to report water leaking in they actually told me they didnt care. Once I left they would fix it when they were renovating. Ill be moving soon. I dont have time to be bullied or deal with these slum lords!
