Lord and Taylor ran heavy ad campaigns for Mother's Day promotions but when it came time to purchase did not honor. The difference was only about $3.50 but inducement to purchase and failure to deliver violates consumer laws. Cannot recommend Lord and Taylor because of shady practices.
