I am very frustrated and disgusted with Soiel Tans... worst customer service ever. I recently used the GROUPON and purchase airbrush tanning package, which is by appointment only (only for groupon customer) but they refuse to give you one. 5 phone calls and a series of lies they told me to get a refund from groupon. I came there without an appointment, 20 min drive from my house they told me come over, because they didn't know I had groupon deal . When they found out that i had groupon package they started arguing being very nasty to me with no reason and try to find any way not to give me an appt..
