I've been to this salon once for spa services. The facial was really good, but the pedicure was awful. The woman made me feel really self conscious and was rude. I'm also really surprised that an employee felt compelled to respond to a valid customer complaint by attacking a paying customer. I was looking at reviews for a place to take my mom on Mother's Day, but this catty behavior only encourages me to keep looking. It's really inappropriate to attack clients.
