As compared to other air conditioning service/cleaning experiences I have had, 72 Degrees was truly outstanding. The technician was extremely personable, and he took the time to educate me on every facet of the inspection. He also made a significant effort to educate me on how the system operations affected the overall energy costs. It was a truly great experience, and this is a company that I will use again.
